All Shed Makers buildings are designed to a CPI of -0.3 for Region A and B.
Region C & D are at CPI + 0.7

Region
The Region required for any building normally determined by the local council for the area in which it is to be built.

Region Definition:-
Wind regions are pre defined for all of Australia by Australian Standard 1170.

Region A - Most of Australia is designated Region A which indicates a Regional Basic Wind Velocity of 41msec

Region B buildings (49msec).

Region C (57msec) Cyclonic is primarily in Northern Australia and within 100km of the coast.

Region D (69msec) Cyclonic is restricted to the Mid West and Pilbara regions of Western Australia
